He is Executive Director for the Farmsons Group and manages functions such as Production & Project Implementation, Technology upgradation, and Asset Maintenance. He is working on design, develop and implement strategic plans for the organization in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner. He also handle the day-to-day operation of the organization. He is managing committees and staff as well as developing business plans in collaboration with the board. He is working for organization and often fulfills a motivational role in addition to office-based work.
He is working as a Plant in charge in farmsons. He Lead looms and yarn production and maintenance personnel in day to day activities to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of equipment and facilities. He ensure preventative maintenance and repairs of all material handling systems and equipment to minimize downtime. He works with Plant Maintenance Supervisor in planning, budgeting, organizing resources, executing work plans, monitors production and quality, resolves issues and participates in special projects and work schedules.
He is working as a general manager. He is responsible for revenue generation throughout sales and marketing of textile fabrics products. He is able to carry out proper analysis on the textile market research data. On the basis of the analysis report, to develop an effective marketing strategy that takes into account all the marketing view. He able to develop and maintain good customer relations.
He is working as a general manager sales & marketing of dyed, printed fabrics sarees. He able to develop a positive, professional and engaged team environment to ensure sales & marketing goals. He establish standard operating procedures for all sales & marketing activities. He work with operational leaders to identify business growth opportunities.
